Does any of this sound familiar?

You’re in a promising relationship but preparing to be left.

You tend to stay quiet until you finally explode.

You keep going back to an ex despite feeling worse each time.

You’re stuck in something undefined with no idea how to move forward.

You’re in a committed relationship that’s become a cycle of conflict and resentment.

Whatever brought you here, the exhausting part is that it keeps happening.

That’s where our work begins.

Hi! I’m Audrey (she/her)

I’m a Registered Social Worker and therapist who helps people understand why they show up the way they do in relationships, and make real, lasting changes in how they relate.

Using attachment theory, we'll trace where these patterns come from—often your family and early relationships—and build the security to break them, so you feel calm and confident, whether you're partnered or single.

Who I Work With

If you’re anxious in dating and relationships

You fear being left, need reassurance, second-guess yourself, or sabotage things before they can hurt you.

We'll work on building a more stable sense of yourself so you can date and love from security instead of fear.

If you're struggling in your relationship

The conflict keeps cycling, resentment is building, or you keep questioning whether it's working.

We'll make sense of it together, so you can show up as the partner you want to be and find clarity about how to move forward.
